The AWS Connect Developer will collaborate with business partners to implement and recommend solutions to meet their specific needs. This role demands strong coding skills, as the individual will work closely with the offshore team and lead significant portions of development work. The developer will be responsible for managing systems and applications to implement necessary enhancements based on overall business priorities.
This position can pay $30-$40/hr based on experience.

2+ years of experience with Amazon Connect and web services.
3 to 5 years in coding and development.
Proficiency in Python scripting.
Comprehensive understanding of creating call flows within AWS Connect.
Familiarity with S3 databases.
Ability to provide recommendations and solutions to various business units.
Experience with telephony systems, particularly Avaya systems.
