Insight Global is looking for an experienced Hardware/Software Lab Integration Manager to support us and our team in Rosslyn, VA. This individual will be responsible for technical oversight of our laboratory space in this location, which is used for a variety of work in support of DOD/IC programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, system integration, and team leadership. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful integration and deployment of complex software systems in support of our diverse range of projects.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Lab Management: Oversee daily operations of the system integration labs, ensuring that all resources, tools, and personnel are effectively utilized to meet project requirements. Monitor and schedule maintenance/calibration of equipment in the lab. Responsible for ensuring access & security of the space. Schedule and deconflict lab usage.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and integration specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define integration requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure multiple programs can execute within shared space without conflict.
System Integration: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions for complex software systems, ensuring seamless functionality and interoperability.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce best practices for testing, debugging, and quality assurance to maintain high standards of software performance and reliability.
Technical Expertise: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the lab.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and testing procedures.
Customer Interaction: Interface with customers to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with integration solutions. Serve as POC for customer access to labs.
Hourly: $50-$65/hr
Salary: 105-130k

Experience with lab build out and accreditation.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
