Job Description
My client in the Salt Lake City area is looking to onboard a Product Owner to lead the buildout of a customer experience portal that allows users to select packaging types, define workflows, and push orders into production and support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and developers and will help define the strategic direction of the portal.
• 20–30%: Review customer feedback and internal team requirements
• 30–40%: Collaborate with the development team on sprint planning and scoping improvements
• 30–50%: Define product strategy, roadmap, and direction; ensure alignment with business goals
Salary starts at $120K

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–6 years of experience in product ownership or product management
• Proven experience in tech-enabled packaging or customization platforms (e.g., Vistaprint, web-to-print)
• Strong understanding of API integrations, backend configuration, and user requirements gathering
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP and LabelTracks or similar systems
• Open and willing to grow a technology team to support the portal’s evolution and scalability
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with image processing and print production workflows
• Background in e-commerce checkout flows and custom product platforms
• Exposure to no-code tools and transitioning to custom development
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry or regulated packaging environments
