The Lease Operator will be responsible for monitoring and optimization of all production process variables, ensuring that all production equipment is operating at peak reliability and efficiency, and acquiring and storing data.

Required Skills & Experience
2 years current related experience in oil and gas, or related petrochemical industries.
Work schedule for the position will be a 8/6 rotation; ability and willingness to work nightshift, weekends and holidays of assigned work schedule and overtime based on workload.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver's License.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Associate's Degree
Basic knowledge of MS Office and aptitude for learning new software packages
