Job Description

A global technology company is seeking a Sr. SOX Analyst to help support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT SOX compliance program. This person will be required to conduct risk assessments of IT systems, processes, and applications to identify potential control gaps and vulnerabilities, execute the testing if IT General Controls, and Application Controls, and partner with IT and business process owners to ensure controls are effectively designed and operating as intended. This role will report onsite 3 days/week in Bengalaru, India.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of relevant experience in internal audit, IT audit, SOX compliance, or a related field, preferably within a technology company.

Strong understanding of SOX 404 requirements and IT General Controls (ITGCs).

Familiarity with control frameworks such as COSO and COBIT is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Certifications such as: CPA (Certified Public Accountant),
CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor),
CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)
