Job Description

The Technical Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within the machining and fabrication sector. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with exceptional sales acumen to effectively communicate the value of their products and services to prospective clients.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing/machining or related industry
Strong technical acumen and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for clients.
Strong understanding of machining processes and manufacturing technologies is an asset.
Successful legacy of meeting goals for consecutive years.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
