An employer in Houston, TX is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team. This person will be responsible for working with business stakeholders and external partners to analyze customer processes and requirements, analyze upstream and downstream application data dependencies, and prepare specified project documentation. They will also be assisting in business process re-design and helping maintain communication with customers and team member to ensure project flow and delivery. Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication and comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment.

6 or more years IT and/or business experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training
4 or more years of business analysis experience
Hands-on experience creating user stories, use cases and process flows
Hands on experience with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Experience competing multiple projects involving the creation or enhancement of software applications
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
BS/BA, preferably in Information Technology or Business or equivalent experience, education, or training
