An Insight Global client is currently looking for a system administrator to join their IT team. This person will help support various change management activities to help the business meet business objectives and standards. This individual will mainly be responsible for working with end users as the business transitions to the new ITSM software (Ivanti Software). This person will help support the software set up and implementation and train end users on how to use the system. This person will work directly with senior management and be involved with incident management and service request to ensure accurate delegation to achieve business goals.
- 5+ years of Experience with ticketing system and ITSM
- Experience with change management and incident management solutions
- Customer service centric
- Experience supporting and training end users (roughly 50 or less)
