IT Infrastructure Lead

Insight Global is seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead to sit onsite in Westchase Houston, TX 6 month contract to hire position. IT Infrastructure lead will be responsible for delivering secure and reliable IT services to Timewise stores and corporate staff. The successful candidate in this role must have proven experience supporting IT infrastructure and software operations, customer service, service management, and leading teams.

3-5 years of the following experience:

IT network -- particularly in a convenience retail and office setting (e.g. LAN/WAN, virtual networks, VPN, Wi-Fi, etc)

IT hardware -- troubleshooting office computers, mobile devices, AV hardware, and peripherals.

IT administration of Office 365 including MS Teams, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, InTune, etc.

IT administration of enterprise management solutions such as Mobile Device Management (Samsung Knox) and Work order management (Titan) tools

Managing cloud-based environments such as Azure or AWS based environments

Interfacing with IT suppliers and service providers

Leading a team of 2-4 people and managing performance

Organized and experienced with MS Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools

Strong verbal and written communication - able to interface with senior leaders.
