Job Description
We’re looking for highly organized, detail-oriented individuals with strong coordination skills to support a fast-paced talent acquisition team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless interview process and delivering a high-quality candidate experience from initial scheduling through final stages.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and can balance competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on organization and communication. Flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail are critical to success.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and manage onsite, phone, and virtual interviews in a fast-paced environment
- Schedule interviews and handle candidate logistics accurately and efficiently
- Partner closely with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams to provide a high-touch, professional experience
- Serve as a central point of coordination to ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and support implementation of process enhancements
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc initiatives to support the broader recruiting function

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Ability to effectively communicate with multi-layered leadership
- Ability to work flexible working hours, up to ~50 per week, depending on schedule
- Ability to report on site 5 days per week

- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

- Previous experience supporting recruiting or people operations functions
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Greenhouse
