Job Description

This role focuses on marketing execution and project coordination for new store openings and underperforming locations. Responsibilities include:
• New Store Grand Openings: Plan and execute marketing initiatives, prepare and distribute opening materials (flyers, signage), write radio scripts, and run paid social ads
• Underperforming Stores Support: Partner with analytics teams to understand performance drivers and craft targeted marketing strategies
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with store managers, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
• Project Management: Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication for marketing projects and events
• Media Expertise: Develop local media briefs and manage relationships with media partners
• Content Creation: Generate marketing materials and adapt messaging for different store locations
• Communication: Serve as a key liaison across all organizational levels (approx. 50% of role), with 30% focused on planning/project support and 20% on material generation
• Maintain flexibility to respond to competitive pressures and unexpected market changes

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in multi-unit or retail environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong understanding of multiple marketing channels (email, social media, local media)
• Project planning and management skills, with ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills (50% of role involves communication across all levels of company leadership)
• Ability to write media briefs, radio scripts, and manage paid social campaigns
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• High energy, curiosity, and ability to bring enthusiasm to the team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with retail marketing or multi-unit operations
• Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools
• Experience in Tableau or other analytics platforms
• Campaign marketing experience
• Adobe Creative Suite experience
