Our client is looking for a talented technical sourcing recruiter to join their team in Nashville to play a critical role in our hiring ecosystem with a primary focus on recruiting for higher volume tech job families including Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE), Data Engineer (DE), Software Development Engineer (SDE), Software Development Manager (SDM), and Technical Program Manager (TPM).
As a Technical Sourcing Recruiter, you will build business acumen, develop productive partnerships and cultivate skills to influence through data. You serve as the sourcing subject matter expert (SME) with a strong focus on hiring highly qualified candidates through in-depth profile calibration, leveraging actionable insights to improve candidate throughput and create long lasting impact to Amazon.

Required Skills & Experience
-2+ years’ experience sourcing candidates for technical roles in a high hiring-bar environment
-Ability to successfully manage a requisition load of 7-15 diverse requirements
-Passive sourcing experience; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
-Strong communication and influencing skills
-Strong ATS experience
-Dedication to a world-class candidate experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Previous experience sourcing or recruiting for Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft or Netflix
-Passion to embrace new technology and automation to optimize the recruitment process
