Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a strategic and visionary Principal Claim Product Manager to lead the early stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), focusing on 0-1 product development. This role will partner closely with the Business GM to define the product vision and strategy, translating future-state capabilities into actionable roadmaps. The Product Manager will be responsible for creating key artifacts such as user journey maps and capability matrices, and lead a cross-functional "5 in the box" team through discovery to delivery planning. Success in this role means delivering clear UX designs, technical solution diagrams, and a well-defined delivery roadmap aligned with business value and user needs. You must have experience in claims databases and supporting a technology environment that has transitioned from mainframe to cloud or supported an AI environment around claims databases.

Required Skills & Experience

-8+ years of experience in technical product management, with focus around building technical products and services.
-Strong experience when it comes to claims database understanding
-Experience working with Cloud computing technologies and Micro-services architectures
-Experience in building and managing technical product teams using Agile framework
-Able to work with large-scale modernization programs in technical capacity
-Proven ability to translate capability matrices into epics and features Experience conducting user journey discovery sessions to identify workflow improvements
-Strong understanding of aligning business value with technical feasibility Ability to define product KPIs and use analytics to measure performance
Skilled in leading cross-functional collaboration
