The Refugee Health Engagement Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing a system to connect refugees with healthcare providers and other essential resources such as employment and case management services according to their resettlement/self-sufficiency plans. The specialist will also be responsible for ensuring that refugees remain engaged in the system and receive the resources they need to be successful.
