Job Description

A client of Insight Global is look to hire a full time Sales person in Coraopolis PA. We are looking for a talented and ambitious Inside Sales & Services Representative that can thrive in a technical sales cycle environment.

An inside sales & services rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer revenue growth objectives. Company revenue streams come from three main channels:
· New Capital Projects
· Aftermarket Service (Maintenance, Repair, Upgrades)
· Spare Parts

This position will primarily focus on supporting Capital Projects and Services. This requires contacting new and existing customers, coordinating customer inquiries and proposals while supporting new business opportunities.

This role will report to our Commercial Director and support our Segment General Managers and Estimating Department with daily initiatives including customer engagement, Marketing, and Communications activities.

Responsibilities:
· Industrial equipment experience.
· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate team members for further development and closure.
· Work closely with engineering staff to develop technical proposals and obtain information needed for a proposal.
· The candidate must be capable of assessing the customer’s requirements to offer the best technical solution based on the process requirements.
· Assist engineering in the development of designs, including the implementation of latest technologies as they are presented to the market.

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelor of Arts (BA) Business degree or Bachelor of Science (BS) Engineering degree or equivalent
· 3-5+ years of experience in an Account Management, Sales, or Business development position (technical sales)
· Experience high volume cold calling (80-100+ calls a day)
· Experience working cross functionally with different teams
· Experience being client facing
· Experience working in a CRM
Independent and self-motivated
