One of our large pharmaceutical retail clients is looking for an IT Process Analyst to join their team. This person will be working on a project to change all internal processes to change end point device processes while they are integrating a new cloud partner. This person will attend meetings, analyze processes, finds ways to make things better while documenting in Blueworks Live. This person will also develop training material to train up the team of 100 people on these new process and help update any other process documentation needed. This is a fully remote 10 month contract role, but they must be able to work EST hours.
