The Credit Analyst will provide a variety of financial related support to internal and external customers. The candidate will be evaluating new and existing customers and leading credit investigations of credit risk to approve new customer accounts, prioritize accounts to be collected and be execute daily collection calls, collaborate cross-functionally with field sales and sales management on the status of accounts, and answer incoming phone calls from store personnel; ensure timely resolution to customer inquiries on accounts. The candidate will also oversee accounts daily including assigning credit limits, placing accounts on hold, releasing orders, reviewing collection notes and aged balances.
* Experience with Equifax/Transunion credit reports
* SAP
* Collections/finance exp
* Call center exp
