Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) SME to lead the implementation of ITSI within a large-scale AIOps initiative. This role sits within Application Operations and will focus on deploying, configuring, and integrating ITSI across enterprise monitoring programs while driving real-time service visibility and automated incident response.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years working with Splunk Enterprise in large-scale environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on Splunk ITSI implementation experience
• Expertise in service modeling, KPIs, dashboards, correlation searches, and episodes.
• Experience integrating ITSI with ServiceNow (required) and Jira (nice-to-have).
• Ability to onboard telemetry from diverse sources into ITSI.
• Familiarity with AIOps pipelines, predictive incident detection, and alert noise reduction.
• Scripting skills (Python, Shell, PowerShell) are an asset.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting Application Operations and SRE teams.
• Knowledge of clustering (indexer/search head), to be confirmed.
• Splunk certifications: Admin, ITSI Implementation, or Architect.
