Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a very experienced Agile Delivery Lead manager to join one of Canada's largest banks. This individual will be joining the Digital Technology team within the personal banking sector. We are looking for individuals who have experience running large scale digital and modernization projects, leading multiple pods and projects. Along with overseeing a team, this individual needs to have a strong financial background with the hands experience as a delivery manager. Leadership qualities, comfortable reporting to executives, and PM/Agile experience will be asked for this role.

Required Skills & Experience
* 7+ years as a PM/ADM
* Experience leading multiple pods of upwards 6-7+ people in each.
* Banking experience
* Strong experience with financials of projects (large budgets) within Clarity PPM
Agile & Scrum experience within projects
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Clarity PPM
* Previous BMO exp
