Job Description

Join our Personal Banking team as a Senior Business PM overseeing initiatives focused on credit risk across chequing and savings account products. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic enhancements that improve risk controls, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of retail banking products. You’ll collaborate closely with Risk, Compliance, and Technology partners to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in credit risk management within personal banking (chequing/savings)

Strong project leadership and stakeholder engagement skills

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk controls

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with data analytics or risk modeling tools

Exposure to digital banking transformation initiatives
