Job Description
An insurance client in Cincinnati is seeking a Business Analyst to join a large project to work with the Program Manager and IT teams as they modernize an old system. Their responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain process flows -- both business and systems
- Have experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements for project teams regardless of project methodology
- Have experience documenting data requirements (attributes, mapping)
- Have experience documenting test cases and test plans; experience generating RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix)
- Willing to share knowledge and experience with business analysis best practices

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience (enterprise-wide projects)
- Experience with both functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience in an environment with hybrid Agile & Waterfall methodologies
- Great Communication (experience with high level stakeholders, can articulate their experience as a BA well)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Insurance experience
