Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Engineering Project Coordinator to support our engineering and capital projects. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative, technical, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, develop, and maintain technical documents related to transmission line engineering and other infrastructure projects to support project development and execution.
- Add and manage data within software tools such as Primavera P6, Maximo, and AutoCAD to support project planning and asset management.
- Prepare Requests for Service (RFS) documents to send capital projects to consultants for bidding and award processes, assisting with contract development when needed.
- Serve as the single point of contact to validate and monitor engineering schedule commitments on a monthly basis.
- Track and process all engineering and documentation deliverables from project vendors and consultants, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Manage document control processes for vendor documents, ensuring proper filing and data integrity.
- Support data management activities using Maximo Asset Automation tools, including tracking materials and Work Orders.
- Assist with obtaining roadway, railroad, and FAA permits necessary for project execution.
- Support the creation of line engineering job packages, including gathering details and input from Responsible Engineers and Managers to develop standards.
- Maintain and update the team SharePoint site for project documentation and collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years as an Engineering Administrator or Engineering Project Coordinator
• Proficiency with P6, Maximo, AutoCAD, and Sharepoint
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Transmission Line Experience
- Knowledge of permitting processes related to roadway, railroad, and FAA regulations
