We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Payments Analyst to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in optimizing our global payment infrastructure and supporting seamless online checkout experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the eCommerce payments ecosystem, with hands-on experience managing Payment Service Provider (PSP) relationships such as PayPal, Stripe, Adyen, and others.
Key Responsibilities
Manage PSP Relationships: Act as the primary liaison between the company and our PSPs. Monitor service levels, performance metrics, escalations, and contract compliance.
Checkout Optimization: Collaborate with internal eCommerce engineering and product teams to enhance the checkout flow, reduce friction, and improve conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting: Conduct regular analysis of payment data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or opportunities for cost savings or conversion improvements.
Project Support: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on new payment method implementations, geographical expansion, and other strategic initiatives.
Risk & Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS and other relevant regulations; support internal audits and risk assessments related to payments.

2-5 years of experience in eCommerce and Payment Processing with exposure to major Payment Service Providers (PSPs) like PayPal, Stripe, Adyen, etc.
Experience managing vendor relationships with major PSPs
Experience working closely with engineering and product teams to support technical integrations and enhancements.
Familiarity with payment operations, including transaction processing, chargebacks, and settlement flows.
Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools; experience with SQL is a plus.
Prior work in a fast-paced tech or digital commerce environment.
Exposure to global payments and multi-currency processing.
