Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Architect with a background in the commercial, education (higher education or K-12), or municipal sectors. Responsibilities include mentoring and leading other architects and architectural designers. This role is a great opportunity to step into a position that provides upward mobility and the opportunity to work in a variety of capacities, including but not limited to overseeing design, marketing and/or business development, and leadership. Strength in conceptualization is paramount for success in this role. The work is hybrid, with 3 days in office per week.

Required Skills & Experience

*Registered/Licensed Architect
*10+ years of experience
*Proficient in Revit
*Background in one of the following: commercial, higher ed, municipal, or federal project typology
*Experience running projects from start to finish from an architectural standpoint (budget/schedule/invoicing is not required)
*Leadership abilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

*Former experience operating as Design Lead or other leadership positions
*Experience in more than one typology
*NCARB certified
