A leading hospital system sitting in New York City is seeking a Migration User Support Specialist to join their SharePoint team. This person will be assisting with the Technical Support, User Support Training & Post Migration Support. Some of these responsibilities include:
* Assist in identifying and resolving application dependencies and technical issues related to the migration.
* Develop and prepare training materials, guides, and FAQs for end-users to help them transition to SharePoint Online.
* Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on the new system, including any changes in workflows or processes.
* Provide ongoing user support during and after the migration, addressing any questions or concerns from end-users.
* Gather and document user feedback to identify common issues and areas for improvement.
* Work closely with Change Management to communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders.
* Address any technical issues related to data accessibility, permissions, and user roles in SharePoint Online.
* Provide continuous support to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction in the new system.
* Document all support activities and issues encountered, creating a knowledge base for future reference.
This person will also be responsible to assist with user training materials such as manuals, training videos and FAQ's to assist users in navigating and utilizing SharePoint Online, as well as creating comprehensive documentation for user feedback, common issues and best practices for future migrations.

- 5+ years of experience working on SharePoint Online Migrations
- Strong PowerPoint, documentation, tutorial (text and video) creation skills
- Experience working with business stakeholders and experience conducting training sessions on the new system
- Expert in SharePoint Online and proficient in other areas of M365 such as familiarity with the office suite and how the different apps interact with each other
