A large healthcare company is looking to hire a IT support technician to join their Tech support team of 4. This individual will be onsite Monday-Friday in Moorestown, NJ. On a daily basis, this person will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues - printer issues, provisioning laptops for new employees, providing AV support for executive's and resolving around 10 tickets that come through JIRA ticketing. Tickets could range from passwords rests, moving monitor stands, setting up new user laptops, project work (replacing old hardware) and hardware refreshes and recycling.
1-2 years of experience providing IT support - in person and remote
Experience supporting Windows products - Office365 and AD - knowledge of setting up new users, provisioning new accounts
Experience Muti-tasking and dealing with an array of troubleshooting tickets
Experience using a ticketing system - ideally JIRA
Experience supporting MAC's - have under 100 systems in MAC
Experience working in healthcare space
