Job Description

Our electronic manufacturing client is looking for someone to join their Customer Care group as a Project Coordinator. This person would be ensuring the smooth operation of customer care, extended warranty contracts, and field service operations. Their responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, handling escalations, and analyzing financial aspects of claims to ensure cost-effectiveness. They will also conduct data analysis using Excel and Power BI, support project management activities with overseas agents, and facilitate the integration process for new companies. This candidate should be personable, driven, and proactive in problem-solving.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years of project coordination in a corporate environment
- Experience handling escalations and managing vendor relationships
- Proficiency with Excel (vlook ups, pivot tables) to conduct data analysis
- Customer service mindset and personable to work with a close knit team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- PowerBI to analyze, visual, and share data
