A client of Insight Global is looking for an Operations Analyst to join their Accounts Receivable team in Minnetonka, MN. There will be 2 weeks of in person training to learn the processes and procedures of the role when starting out. Then this person will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of payments received through lockbox, wire transfers, ACH and checks received in house to customer accounts. They will research any differences between amounts due and amounts paid using system support and the portfolio group as resources. Daily tasks will include, setting up and application of ACH payments per company guidelines, requesting refunds on overpaid contracts, and deposit payments received via remote deposit system. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Excel and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
