Secret Strategic Planner

- Insight Global is searching for a strategic planner to sit remotely in support of a large government integrator based out of Maryland. The candidate with work with tools like ProQuest to create rankings and identify best business practices, give an assessment of where the program is going, make recommendations of technologies, and determine influential factors over program operations. The candidate will review data repositories, scholarly resources, government resources, industry resources, and market analysis to create effective road maps for data integration effort. This position can sit remotely.

* Active Secret clearance

* Over 8 years of total experience

* A broad knowledge or background in either systems engineering, supporting an IT program office, or other applicable experience related to IT

* Familiarity with DOD logistics systems

* Experience doing Strategic Environmental Scans to best identify trends and applicable systems in the industry

* A good understanding of federal law or DOD instruction and it would influence the program

- Experience with ProQuest
