Our eCommerce client is looking for an IT Technician to support their fulfillment facility in Brownsburg, IN. This resource will provide hardware and software end user support. They will monitor the ticketing system and handle all PC hardware, laser & label printers and other hardware issues such as RF guns, tablets and mobile devices. It is an office/warehouse environment so candidates should feel comfortable being on their feet throughout the day. This will be a second shift position and this person will be the only tech onsite during their shift.
