Job Description
This role will report into the Executive Program Manager within IT for an enormous project - the splitting of the company into 2 separate companies. Key responsibilities will be to work with the Program and project managers to develop and maintain overall Program Budget forecasts, Budget adjustments (Internal adjustments to move money across budgets or budget categories) , Budget creation & monitoring, Finance and accounting activities (entering expenses, requesting POs, tracking spend vs. budgets, and financial analysis and reporting (budget to actuals, budget status). Personality: needs to be a "go-getter", willing to research and track down answers where not known. Strong Financial Acumen is required.
Minimum Requirements
+7 years of experience in finance- specifically working with project financials
Working with Program/Project Managers on overall program budget forecasts- creating and monitoring, budget adjustments, actuals, pos...
Finance and accounting activities (entering expenses, requesting POs, tracking spend vs. budgets, and financial analysis and reporting (budget to actuals, budget status)
+$25 million budget management experience
Experience managing large programs within enterprise level organizations
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication skills, with a "go-getter" attitude
