Create and maintain ad hoc reports in Excel
Own and manage vendor setup and records via NetSuite
Initiate and track PO creation (approx. 35% of role)
Support basic NDA review and routing
Assist in unclaimed property processing
Route contracts for approval/signature across stakeholders

Experience with NetSuite, specifically vendor setup and payment workflows
Strong proficiency in Excel for reporting and data management
Familiarity with purchase order workflows
Understanding of legal documents such as NDAs and contract routing
Organized, proactive communicator with ability to liaise across departments
