Job Description
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and talent market research.
Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of corporate functions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS).
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
