Seeking an IT Specialist to work onsite in Pensacola, FL. This role is on an 8 year program supporting a large federal client. Your primary tasks will include troubleshooting, break/fix support, user support, resetting passwords, hardware and software issues, and overall tier 1 and 2 support.
