Job Description
One of the largest Logistics and Transportation companies in the US is looking for an experience WMS Technical Security Consultant to join their growing team. This individual will be focused on enhancing and maintaining their current Security efforts around their primary WMS, Manhattan SCALE. This individual will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities using Tenable Security software. They will be remediating server vulnerabilities to ensure software is secure. They will manage the system security, ensuring that it is up-to-date, and that access is restricted to authorized users. They will be responsible for maintaining reports and dashboards to provide visibility into the Security of the WMS system. In order to be successful in this role, Ryder is seeking a talented individual who is 100% self-motivated, someone who will excel in a remote environment and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Manhattan SCALE experience is a huge plus, however, Ryder is open to strong candidates who have proven security experience with other Warehouse Management Systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5+ years working as a technical resource with WMS systems (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Strong experience working within the 3PL, Logistics Industry
- Strong Security experience, identifying vulnerabilities, patching, etc
- Strong experience with Security Software such as Tenable (Ryder uses Tenable, similar software experience is acceptable)
- Defining, planning, implementing, maintaining, and upgrading security measures, policies, and controls.
- Monitoring security access and maintaining the relevant data.
- Conducting vulnerability testing and risk analyses to assess security and performing internal and external security audits.
- Excellent Communication, Self-Motivated, Ability to communicate effectively
