Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for an investment Real Estate investment company in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This person must sit onsite 9:00AM to 6:00PM and will be responsible for maintaining the front desk by greeting partners and clients in a professional manner and assisting them to the conference rooms. The front desk receptionist will also answer, screen, and respond to incoming calls with the highest level of customer service, so excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills are required.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Office Admin or Front Desk Receptionist role

Experience greeting customers and providing a professional and friendly first impression upon arrival

Prior experience answering inbound phone calls with a high sense of customer service

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience in Real Estate
