Director of Loan Operations

Insight Global is seeking a Director of Loan Operations to join their clients team. This person will be managing a team of 102 employees ( 2 overseas managers and 100 offshore employees). They will be managing the overall loan processing for iBF, which includes Underwriting, Closing Documents, QA, Legal Documents, etc.

- 3+ years of experience as a Manager or Director of Loan Operations
- Strong experience with Loan Processing
- Must be open to traveling to India once a year
- Great communication skills / ability to lead and mentor a big offshore team

- EST or CST time zone preferred
