Day-to-Day:
This is a fully remote role within a call center environment, primarily focused on authorizations, insurance verification, and collections. The responsibilities include confirming patient information and discussing various financial options with patients. Team members are expected to handle approximately 50 calls per hour, with an average call duration of 5 minutes. Performance will be monitored and evaluated monthly through a scorecard review.
