Provide project management expertise, leading various highly complex projects.
Meet with business unit leadership and stakeholders to review and determine project requirements, specifications, plans for testing, support, training, and established timeline and budget.
Manage projects utilizing customer project management standards, Agile, Waterfall, and other methodologies as required.
Coordinate completion of various integration elements of assigned projects, including project plan development and execution, and overall change control.
Ensure projects are completed within established time and budget schedules, including activity definition, sequencing, duration estimations, resource planning, cost estimations, budgeting, and control.
Monitor and manage the critical path; manage scope, timeline, resources, and financial aspects.
Ensure projects satisfy needs through quality planning, assurance, and control.
Provide proactive communication to project stakeholders related to projects, risks, and mitigation steps.
Partner with team members to develop effective resolution to project issues; monitor service performance rating on issue resolution.
Monitor the progress of all change events and assist in resolving issues and delays.
Monitor, control, update, and coordinate changes to existing programs and projects.
Provide reports summarizing project status to stakeholders; manage all project documentation.
Critique completed projects to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Serve as project lead on projects with multiple project management staff.
Resolve issues arising from requests to change business specifications or defined tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Must have experience with One Plan and a One Plan implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Business Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five (5) years of related project management experience.
Experience in systems or financial services environment, card payments, banking, contact center, new product development, information technology or process re-engineering preferred.
