Job Description

- Develop and oversee program and activities to ensure suitability for individual and group interests, needs, and capabilities
- Supervise activities in facility and ensure things are running smoothly; willingness and desire to jump in to help
- Help plan, implement, and publicize special events
- Assist in the maintaining records and completion of reports (Participation Usage Reports, time cards, incident/accident reports, etc.)
- Set up and break down events
- Run deposits to bank weekly
- Maintain and enforce policies and ground area rules
- Work with people from adolescents to senior citizens
- Track inventory of supplies and notifies supervisor when additional supplies are required
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of translatable experience planning recreational, physical, or educational activities for adolescents or seniors
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to occasionally work evenings, weekends, split shifts, and/or some holidays.
- Conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to get CPR certified in the first 6 months

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree highly desired
- Knowledge of the psychology of children, adolescents, and senior citizens.
