Lead Data Analyst/Engineer

This individual will play a key role in re-designing the company's data architecture to support our digital transformation data initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced data engineer who enjoys optimizing data systems and building them from the ground up. Currently, this team is migrating from SQL into a new platform. The Lead Data Engineer will work collaboratively with Data analysts/engineers to ensure that performant, flexible, scalable, and sustainable data delivery mechanisms are in place for effective use. This position is remote 3 days a week and in-person on Tuesday's and Wednesday's.

- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Data modeling experience with architecture and design
Building data models from scratch and planning out architecture
- Cloud integrations experience - open to any cloud Azure, AWS or GCP
- Designer mind - not just architecting but also hands on experience running and ensuring smooth process for data
- Collaborative personality, as this is an in person role working cross-divisionally
- Bachelors in computer science or equivalent work experience
No lead experience required, but wanting someone who is interested in mentorship

- Previous experience with higher education
- Cinchy knowledge
- Experience within a Microsoft shop
- Workday/Salesforce experience
- Tableau/ Tableau Cloud experience
