Job Description

Our client in South Florida is looking for a fully remote Salesforce Developer Lead that will conduct analysis, design, and evaluation of functional and technical requirements of different internal business units considering guidelines and regulations of financial industry. This person will document business, data, and system interface requirements in a clear manner: complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, and traceable. This person will work on modifications, testing, and implementation of Salesforce technologies under CRM (Sales, Services, Experience, etc). This person will be acting as liaison between business units subject matter experts (SME), vendors and project coordinators and other supported and related IT Teams in all areas of definition, support and enhancements. Expected to migrate changes from development to test environment(s) using CI technologies like Salesforce DX, GIT, Jenkins or similar, which is why we are looking for experience with source control and management tools. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, test cases, and results. Effectively and consistently communicate status of assignments and deliverables to project team members & stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

MUST SPEAK SPANISH

3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in a senior role or leading small to mid-size projects

Ability to promote robust and maintainable code

3+ years of experience in REST architecture for web services

5+ years of experience with OO design/ skills
