Job Description
The Sr Manager, IT Network and IT Compute Services, reporting to the Head of IT Infrastructure, will be a critical member of the IT Infrastructure team and work closely with C-Level and cross-functional teams to develop processes and controls that improve efficiency, increase customer satisfaction and make user experience better
* You will have 8-10+ direct reposts on the Team
* As an accomplished Service Delivery and IT operations leader, you will oversee core business and back-office operations including: IT Network, Voice , Video Conference and IT Hosting Services, IT Security Compliance, IT Project, Portfolio Management, IT Vendor Management, and Technology Infrastructure
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of recent IT Management level experience -- Experience with direct reports in some capacity
* 3-5+ years of previous hands-on IT Network, Cloud, or Cyber Security experience:
o Experience / Knowledge of Networking, Telecom, ITIL, Servers, Collaboration (Video, Voice Services, Polycom, Cisco, etc.
o Experience / Knowledge of Security Technologies such as, IPSec, VPN, Routers, DNS, DHCP, Virtual Machines, Active Directory Policies, Collaboration Technologies
o Experience / Knowledge of Cloud Management - Azure
* Strong previous Vendor Management experience (validating invoices, cost optimization, etc.)
* Previous experience handling finances / budgeting
* Strong communication skills: Strong team/project management/networking abilities bringing together groups from different areas of the business
* Need to have a great sense of urgency!
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Cloud, Network, or IT Security Certifications
* Professional certification or similar: ITIL v3, Cloud (IAAS, PAAS,SAAS), Linux/Windows Server, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CCNP, CCIE Wireless
* Experience with SRE - Site Reliability Engineering practices and development services
