Our client is a Food Distribution company looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to assist their staffing efforts in the South Florida region. This person will support HR by working directly with hiring managers to fill a variety of permanent openings within the organization. The ideal candidate would be a proficient English and Spanish speaker, ideally with previous staffing experience. This person should have strong communication skills and be able to solve problems by thinking outside the box. Additionally, candidates should be comfortable coming into office 3x a week as part of a hybrid work model.
* 1-3 years' experience in Recruiting or Talent Sourcing
* 1-3 years of experience with Workday or similar ATS tools
* Experience with MS Office Products
* Bilingual (Spanish and English required*)
* Strong Communication skills
