Our client is looking for a Director of IT Cloud Operations to join their team in Plantation, FL. In this role, you will own infrastructure oversight for all
technical operations of shoreside cloud systems. We need a hands-on professional who enjoys rolling up his or her sleeves and working with the team to achieve goals, meet quotas, eliminate security risks and
increase system operational availability and reliability. The successful candidate will be a change management expert and extremely knowledgeable around IT infrastructure including networks, cloud
services like Google Cloud/SalesForce, server support, data center operations, help desk, mac/windows and call centers. You will be responsible for our entire systems administration team and will report
directly to the Sr. Director, IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security.
8+ years' relevant experience in an IT environment (as a manager/director)
4+ years of experience in cloud architecture and design of business critical applications
3+ years of experience managing others (teams of 5+)
Strong technical knowledge (Cloud Platforms - specifically GCP)
Ability to operate successfully in a lean, agile and fast-paced environment and own/drive the solution architecture definition
ITIL/ITSM experience
