Our client is currently seeking a detail-oriented MEP Project Manager to support work on an ongoing Federal MEP Infrastructure Project in Washington D.C. in support of a well known Agency.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ Years of Experience in Construction
BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
$150M+ New Federal (GSA, DoD) Construction Experience
Experience with MEP systems; oversight of installation, commissioning, design/spec reviews
Experience leading teams of MEP specialists, estimators, schedulers

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

CCM / PMP / PE
