Insight Global is looking for an IT Infrastructure PM to sit fully remote and work EST hours for a large reinsurance client. This PM will be joining the enterprise architecture, infrastructure & assets team. This PM will be working on 2 main projects. 1) service 2012 upgrades for over 300 servers and managing the 3rd party vendor who is doing the upgrades to make sure their work is on time and to the project plan. This PM will also be working on a new Desktop as a Service project where they will start as a POC, find vendor recommendations, new technology, and see what products & solutions are recommended. From there they will assist with figuring out the scope of the project and the budget to replace every user in the company's desktop (2,000+) to become an asset less environment. The Project Manager will be responsible to plan out and drive deliverables, proactively identify/resolve risks and issues, track/report status, and communicate with all relevant stakeholders.
