Job Description
A large Technology Client of Insight Global is seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Developers to join the Service Assurance Operations Business Analytics team. This role will play a key role in developing management and BI reporting for our organization. This candidates will need to have expertise in SQL Server, SSIS development and complex SQL query language, as well as Microsoft Power BI and/or in-platform ServiceNow development.
As a member of the Service Assurance Business Analytics team, you will be responsible for end-to-end creation of reporting and data automation solutions. This team is making new discoveries within ServiceNow by pulling data and analytics to better the front-line business. This process is done through creating SSIS packages to move the data from ServiceNow into PowerBI reporting and dashboards. You will be responsible for scoping, developing, testing and supporting the solutions you create.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years' experience in ServiceNow development including design, development, troubleshooting and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform. Preferred experience with Performance Analytics, metric development, SLA definitions, business rules, case and ITSM modules, configurable workspace, reporting, dashboards, etc...
- Experience creating packages within MS SQL Server (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS),
- Experience with database systems, reporting and analysis tools such as: Power BI, MySQL, SalesForce, Oracle BI, SAP Business Objects, MS Excel, MS Access, Tableau, etc...
- Experience with Programming languages such as: JavaScript, MYSQL, XML, HTML, CSS, C#, VBA, Query Languages (SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, DMX, MDX), DAX, etc...
- Experienced in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing concepts and methodologies.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
- Genesys Cloud experience preferred.
