A client is looking for a fully remote Mid Java Developer to join their team. This client is the largest security company in the U.S. and this candidate would work on a team of 6-8 developers that develops and maintains backend webservices. This person would provide senior-level support in configuration, coding, developing, and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle, and would work with other developers to create software deployment plans. There is opportunity to mentor more junior team members, drive key projects, and move into a technical lead role in the future if desired.
8 + years' experience programming in Java (experience with Java 10+ preferred)
Experience with Big Data and data technologies (ElasticSearch, Gremlin, Tinkerpop
Experience with AWS
Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience
