A Fortune 500 client is looking for a dynamic and creative candidate to join us as a Business Analyst - Performance Management in the Customer Relationship Management organization. The ideal candidate is an experienced analyst with a background in subscription-based or media marketing with an eye for detail. The specific roles and responsibilities of this position include the following:
* Develop a strong understanding of the current subscriber base while identifying cohorts most likely to churn. This person will be a key member in engagement and communications strategy and expected to have strong self-starter skills.
* Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, and Finance teams to help the company understand campaign impacts from both a marketing and financial perspective
* Understanding the differences between subscriber base cohorts and how that affects business case assumptions, inputs, and overall outputs/impacts
* Work on Ad Hoc analysis while juggling multiple campaigns that are in different phases while meeting multiple deadlines
* Present strategy and impacts to upper management and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong data visualization and PowerPoint skills.
Identify gaps within department processes and can ideate and implement creative solutions to improve workflow within Engagement, Communications & CRM team
